listed in 2005 and 2006 Equi-stats as a Leading Reined Cow Horse Sire.
I have been riding "Ima" on the ranch for the past few years
outside of breeding season. He is level headed and all business when the
saddle is on or when he is being used around other horses. Like all of
our stallions, he runs with the geldings during the winter months. I
have not ridden a more athletic horse on the ranch. He is so quick and
agile with extreme cow sense. He really enjoys having a job and doing
it. I couldn't ask anymore of a saddle horse.
We stand "Ima" to a limited number of approved mares each year until
the 15th of May, after which, frozen semen is available. We have had a wide response to both the outside breeding and to
the colts sired by him in our annual production sale. "Ima" booked full
the last four years but we will have foals in our 2006 sale. |
