Our eight-year-old stud
has all the looks and disposition you could ever ask for in a stud. He is
well-muscled, and perfectly built with a great mind. PC Joes Frost is an own son
of the great horse Sun Frost and out of a Boon Dox John bred mare. "Joe"
definitely has a proven pedigree. We really like the Boon Bar bloodline as they
are proven cow horses, and the Bar None Joe horses are great rodeo horses. Mr
Bar None Cactus - A full brother to Joesys Rosie, Joe's grandmother, was trained and
ridden by Brian Fulton of Valentine, NE. AQHA selected "Cactus" as
Horse of the Year in 1995 at the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo. The PRCA
selected Cactus as Reserve Horse of the Year in 1991 for calf roping. He was
hauled to the NFR four times - once in calf roping (1991), and three times as a haze
horse (1996,1997,1998). Brian's career earnings on Cactus were $348,000.
Joe has had a very successful show career. He qualified for the 2002 and 2004 World Show in heeling. He has his Superior in heeling and his ROM in heading and heeling. Joe is Sun Frost's #1 performing offspring with over 100 AQHA points and the only Sun Frost to have a Superior in AQHA. Joe has won over $5,320 in roping.
Joe was the 5-State Breeders Roping Futurity Heeling Champion in their inaugural event in 2003 in Rapid City, South Dakota.
He was the sire of our high selling horse in 2002 and his colts are showing great promise, as there is a number going into training this year.
Joe has an excellent set of colts this year and we are really proud of them. |
